Client Support Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction and help them effectively utilize our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to clients in navigating our products, troubleshooting issues, and maximising their usage.
- Proactively identify and resolve client problems, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to relay client feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist with product demonstrations and trainings for clients, ensuring they are well-versed in using our solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance client self-service capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field(B.Com,BBA Preferred).
- Fresher’s can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
