**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Typing and Text Formatting**: Efficiently type and format text in both Hindi and English, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our publication's style guide.
- **Desktop Publishing**: Utilize Pagemaker or QuarkXPress to layout and design newspaper pages, including arranging text, images, and graphics.
- **Graphic Design**: Create and edit visual content using Photoshop and CorelDRAW, aligning with the newspaper's aesthetic and editorial standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with editorial and design teams to ensure timely and seamless production of the newspaper.
- **Quality Control**: Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed to ensure high-quality outputs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English typing.
- Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing software (Pagemaker or QuarkXPress).
- Strong skills in graphic design tools like Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,780.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
