**Job Description**:


**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from the provided leads list.
- Introduce our products/services and identify potential customer needs.
- Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call quotas and targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.



**Requirements**:

- UG/MBA-final semesters can also apply.
- Previous experience in sales support or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and right attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in reaching objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
