**Job Overview**:
Lutech Resources is a wholly owned staffing subsidiary of EPC giant McDermott, and we have a need for a Recruitment Coordinator to support various tasks and projects for both internal and external clients. You will be part of a small but dynamic team of high-performance professionals who enjoy the security of a large company and the agility of supportive management.

You will assist with reporting, company administration and ad hoc recruitment.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to assist with onboarding
- Produce Work Orders and Starter Forms and distribute to relevant parties
- Input of new starter details into company HR system
- Assist in various administration tasks as needed
- Assist in auditing for data integrity
- Trackers and reports - Data entry in excel
- Interview scheduling and coordination with managers and facility
- Management of company inbox
- Management of timesheets for employees and chasing up approvals
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
- Assist other offices with administration when required

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR/Recruitment Administrative experience
- Experience using HR/Payroll Systems (Oracle)
- Knowledge and experience using more advanced excel functions
- Ability to communicate HR information to non-HR personnel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible attitude
