Pgt Commerce Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning and implementing teaching strategies for commerce students.
- Developing teaching aid and materials.
- Planning lessons as per the guidelines.
- Explaining concepts and principles to the students in a comprehensible manner.
- Assigning projects and assignments to the students.
- Maintaining examination grades and attendance.
- Paying extra attention to the weak students.
- Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment.
- Taking feedbacks from the students as well as parents.
- Reporting students' progress to the parents and higher management.
- Maintaining reports for future reference.
- Attending parents-teachers meeting.
- Organizing events to showcase the students' talents.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in teaching techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Commerce specialized in CLPA, CSTX & BSTD.
- Proven work experience as a Commerce Teacher.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience using various teaching aids.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and online classroom software.
- Ability to work independently with no mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
