Herbal Maza is a leading herbal medicine company based in Muzaffarnagar, UP. We offer a range of natural remedies aimed at improving health and wellness. Our mission is to expand our brand presence through digital media, and we are looking for a skilled professional to help us connect with influencers and podcasts for paid promotions and collaborations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Influencer Research**: Identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok who align with our brand’s values and audience.
- **Outreach & Communication**: Initiate contact and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and podcasters for paid promotions, product endorsements, and collaborations.
- **Collaborations**: Negotiate collaboration terms, including paid promotions, product giveaways, sponsored content, and podcast invitations.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met and timelines are followed.
- **Content Guidance**: Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that highlights Herbal Maza’s products and values.
- **Track Performance**: Monitor the success of influencer collaborations, track engagement metrics, and provide insights on the effectiveness of each campaign.
- **Contract Management**: Draft and manage influencer contracts, ensuring that all terms of collaborations are clearly outlined and adhered to.
- **Podcast Outreach**: Reach out to podcast hosts and coordinate podcast invitations where Herbal Maza’s team can discuss our products, company mission, and herbal health benefits.
- **Creative Ideas**: Come up with creative strategies to enhance brand visibility through influencer marketing, such as challenges, social media takeovers, and contests.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or social media outreach (please provide examples of previous work).
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing dynamics across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and influencer relationships simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the herbal, health, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
