**Role Clarity : Field Sales Executive**
**Qualification** - Diploma Agriculture/ B.Sc. Agriculture.
**Experience** - 1 to 3 Years.
**Job Location will be Vizianagaram**
**Role Clarity**
**Role Definition**
The FE will be IN charge of creating sales, sales pipeline creation, service and product awareness in the designated area in coordination with ASM of the area. He will have to ensure overall performance of the targeted results, realize optimum market potential and also ensure maximum customer satisfaction of the designated area.
**Responsibility Deliverable**
To identify potential of the market in the area to develop, design and implement sales strategies as well as awareness programs designed by the organization to achieve maximum performance.
Achieve Budgeted Revenue targets allocated for the area month on month.
Co-ordinate with respective area sales office for all sales activities.
Ensure After Sales follow up service, expedite customer complaints resolution process,
Ensure high quality service to key customers.
Ensure compliance of Region to Standard Operating Procedures of organization at all times
To stay abreast of market & weather conditions, competitor activities, advertising and promotional trends of the region
Ensure coordination and collaboration of all sales efforts with timely dispatch and delivery
**Tasks & Activities**
1. Recognize sales opportunities and identify potential new customers and to take necessary actions to ensure monthly goals are being met on a regular basis.
2. Maintain all standard reports, analyze and appraise monthly sales performance results
3. Monitor to ensure individual targets are achieved on regular basis
4. Implement strategies for maximum customer satisfaction through scheduled service and complaint handling
5. Provide monthly reports on the competitor activities and their strategies to strengthen the company sales strategies
