- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and prepare strategic plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies, aligning procurement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations and standards, ensuring transparency and fairness in purchasing processes.
- **Product Evaluation**: Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased, considering factors such as quality, price, and suitability to meet organizational needs.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventories effectively, optimizing stock levels to meet operational requirements while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence risks.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records, facilitating transparency, accountability, and financial reporting.
- **Supplier Management**: Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, and performance metrics, to ensure a reliable and diversified supply chain.
- **Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions, maximizing value for the organization.
