Thatwa Design Build, an innovative architectural and interior design firm based in Ernakulam, is seeking a skilled **3D Visualizer** to join our team **immediately**.

**Position**: 3D Visualizer (Interior Designer)
**Location**: Kadavantra, Ernakulam
**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **SketchUp** and **Lumion** is essential.
- Experience in creating realistic 3D models and rendering interior and architectural designs.
- Ability to produce **walkthroughs** and animations to effectively present design concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail, bringing design concepts to life with high-quality visuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the design team to meet deadlines.
