**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Consistently attentive to ingredient measurements, cooking times, and cleanliness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage cooking times for multiple dishes.
- Capable of adjusting to changing kitchen needs and menu variations.
- You will take an active role in the cooking process, following recipes and techniques to produce flavourful and well-cooked dishes.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring to facilitate a smooth cooking process.
- Ensure all ingredients are ready and organized for efficient use during cooking.
- Committed to upholding food safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards
- Perform tasks within a timely manner
- Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control
- Provide support to the Kitchen brigade
- Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
- Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- Awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
- Meet all health and hygiene requirements
- Maintaining cleanliness is essential, Be environmentally aware
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a culinary role or food preparation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high culinary standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Chef: 2 years (preferred)
