**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller who is fluent in both Tamil and English to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a work-from-home position, so you must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.

Explain our products/services to potential customers and answer their questions.

Follow up on leads generated through various channels.

Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.

Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the calling process.

**Requirements**:
Fluency in both Tamil and English languages.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales or telemarketing role.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

Previous experience in a work-from-home setup.
