**Job Description: QC Assistant (Label Manufacturing Company)**

Company Overview: We are a leading label manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality labels for various industries. To support our growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct quality control inspections and tests on labels and related materials throughout the production process to ensure compliance with established standards and customer requirements.

2. Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to verify the quality, accuracy, and consistency of printed labels, including color matching, print clarity, registration, and finish.

3. Collaborate with the production team to monitor and maintain process controls, identifying any deviations or potential issues that may affect product quality.

4. Record and document test results, including deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken, in accordance with company procedures and quality management systems.

5. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of test data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process optimization.

6. Support the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.

7. Participate in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints or product non-conformities, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.

9. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety within the QC department, reporting any potential hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to label manufacturing and quality control.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B. Sc) or a Diploma in Printing is preferred. Freshers with a relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Prior work experience in a similar role within the label manufacturing industry or related industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of printing processes, color management, and quality control methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., BRCGS, ISO 9001) is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to conduct accurate measurements and inspections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document test results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
