- ? To have experience in Laboratory Analysing Procedure, specifically in Operation & Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant/RO/MEE/STP- ? To be familiar in analytic procedure of physical, chemical and biological parameter of Water and Waste Water like pH, BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, DO, MLSS, MLVSS, TAN, Sulphate, Phosphate and Coliform etc.- ? Handling of laboratory equipment’s & instruments such as BOD incubator, COD digester, Hot air oven, Muffle furnace, Spectra photo meter, pH & conductivity meter.- ? Handling of laboratory equipment’s & instruments such as BOD incubator, COD digester, Hot air oven, Muffle furnace, Spectra photo meter, pH & conductivity meter.- ? To have exposure in Process knowledge in Operation and Maintenance of STP/ETP/RO/MEE and related equipment.- ? Monitoring the MLSS / MLVSS levels in biological system periodically and advise the operator to maintain the required levels as per the designed level.- ? To monitor the inlet and outlet parameters of the Plant and to have complete process control. ? Responsible for maintaining the accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results; ensuring the compliance with government regulations, preparing analytical work sheets and reports as per that.- ? Responsible for monitoring and maintaining required stock of chemical and reagents.- ? To have knowledge and handling experience in laboratory equipment and instruments such as BOD Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Spectra Photo Meter, Turbidity Meter, Conductivity Meter, pH Meter, COD Digester, DO Meter.- ? To have knowledge in calibration of laboratory instruments as per the standard procedure regularly.- ? Responsible for preparing & sending the required reports to the HSE officer regularly.- Updating the Lab testing procedures regularly
