**Salary**: Upto 16.00 Lac P/A + Other Benefits

**Job Description/ Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all lab activities including R&D projects, synthesis & characterization of products made in lab & pilot plant
- Handle & set up lab scale reactions as per instructions from GM, R&D & design for reactions which are transferred from R&D to pilot plant & manufacturing
- Assist with filling out & maintaining paperwork related to R&D such as document requirements from

customers, instrument calibration paperwork
- Oversee pilot plant operations & Face internal and external audits
- Maintain & handle all lab instrumentation
- Contribute to new product development through literature reviews, idea generation, lab testing
- Travel to R&D conferences or other factory locations as and when required
- Knowledge of Organic or Polymer chemistry, reaction design & synthesis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
