Research Associate-laboratory

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive and process samples to identify suitability
- Prepare samples for testing using various types of laboratory equipment
- Perform laboratory testing related to DNA extraction, QC, Microarray, PCR.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records & related documentation.
- Label specimens accurately and distribute them to the appropriate department
- Perform quality control as directed by the Laboratory Manager
- Clean and maintain the work area and all lab equipment and supplies.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

- Ph.D./ M.Sc. with minimum 1-2 years experience.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical background and advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience in Molecular diagnostics/ genetic laboratory will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Molecular/genetics laboratory: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
