**Roles and Responsibilities**

Developing and delivering lectures: You will need to develop course material, including lectures, assignments, and assessments, that meet the needs of your students and cover the required curriculum.

Providing guidance and support to students: As a lecturer, you will need to be available to answer student questions and provide guidance and support to help them succeed in their studies.

Grading assignments and exams: You will need to evaluate student work, including assignments and exams, and provide feedback on their performance.

Mentoring students: You may have the opportunity to mentor students who are interested in pursuing careers in business or finance, providing guidance and advice on internships, job opportunities, and career paths.

Participating in departmental and university committees: You may be asked to participate in departmental or university committees to provide input on curriculum development, program assessment, or other issues related to the management of the department or university.
