**Career Experience : 2-5 years of relevant experience in Facility/ Property Management.**

**Responsibilities**
- Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met.
- Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites.
- Advise the Site Manager on implementing various cost effective measures.
- Co-ordinate with vendors
- Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
- Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate withoffice and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power.
- Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition.
- Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time.

**Education -** HSC/Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Graduate.

**Particular Aptitudes/Skills - **People skills, patience and perseverance, excellent verbal and written Communication
- **Competency -**

Should have experience in following areas:

- Should have thorough knowledge of housekeeping practices, HK equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,300.00 per month
