A leading name in the media and publishing industry, specializing in high-quality magazine publications and news distribution. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive who understands the dynamics of media and is enthusiastic about promoting our publications to a wider audience. This role offers the opportunity to expand our readership and advertiser base across India and international markets.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and expanding our brand reach. This position requires extensive travel across India and abroad to establish new relationships, foster partnerships, and secure advertising opportunities for our publications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and secure new sales opportunities with clients and advertising partners in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique value of our magazines and news offerings.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, and agency partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing needs promptly.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

**Travel for Client Engagement**:

- Travel across India and abroad to meet clients, attend industry events, and network with potential business partners.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, establishing strong professional relationships.

**Reporting & Collaboration**:

- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track sales metrics to ensure goals are being met.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure a consistent and aligned approach to client needs and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing within magazine companies or news agencies.
- Strong understanding of media sales, publishing, and advertising sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
