As the Executive Chef at our Hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a distinct and delectable culinary experience for our guests. We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses not only exceptional culinary skills but also strong leadership qualities to oversee our team of junior chefs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design an innovative and diverse menu that showcases the finest ingredients, caters to various tastes, and aligns with our hotel's concept and vision.
- Work closely with the management team to establish and maintain food cost and quality control measures, ensuring excellence in every dish served.
- Lead the menu planning and implementation, considering seasonal changes and guests' preferences.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the culinary team.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with local suppliers.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and innovations to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Participate in pre-opening activities, including kitchen setup, staff recruitment, and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a reputable hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Extensive experience in menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to the culinary offerings.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of junior chefs effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
- Passion for culinary arts, dedication to quality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
