Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and website to ensure that they are up-to-date and engaging.
- Analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Job Requirements:

- BBA/MBA in Marketing or BTech/BE degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in engineering works product sales.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and website management.
- Willingness to attend trade shows and other industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
