**Title - IPQC Inspector - PV Modules**

**Role**
- **Prior Experience - **(5-10) years of experience with min (2-4) years in module manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**

**1.** **General and BOM**
- Conformity of Materials to the Contracted BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Inspect manufacturing conditions, verify calibration of equipment, and monitor the production line for issues.
- Equipment And Production Line Maintenance and Calibration

**2.** **In-process QC**
- Comprehensive visual and EL test reports detailing every defect identified according to severity, including AQL limits per batch and which defects have been reworked or removed from the shipment
- Comprehensive IV (flash) test reports detailing the minimum, maximum and average power of each sampled module, including the required pass criteria.
- Timing and confirming the lamination time,
- Validate and inspect the different stages of control planned through the production process to ensure safe construction.:

- Ensuring there is no aesthetic damage to the solar panels
- Testing the sealant of the panels to ensure they are fixed properly and tight around the edges.
- Closely inspect the panels for any cracks or potential holes made during production.
- Inspect the body for correct labeling and branding.
- Ensuring the dimensions such as the size, width, labels, and thickness are correct and to specification.

**3.** **Testing**
- Power and voltage discharge testing.
- Polarity testing

4. **Labeling checks**
- Barcodes
- Logo and organizational branding
- Markings are the right dimension and labelled correctly
- Verification of correct labels in-line with the product’s specifications.

5. **Pre-shipment and packaging inspections**
- The packages contents and quantity of items/accessories are in-line with labels
- The correct printed documents are placed within the package.

**Must have**
- Knowledge of relevant standards and codes

**Travel** - Willing to travel and stay as per requirement in India and abroad.
