**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting Kitchen Staff**: Support chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Dishwashing**: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently to maintain a steady flow of clean items for food preparation and service.
- **Stocking and Organization**: Assist in receiving, organizing, and rotating food and beverage supplies to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Keep storage areas neat and organized.
- **Table Bussing**: Clear tables, clean and reset them promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- **Assisting Servers**: Support servers by refilling drinks, delivering food to tables, and providing excellent customer service as needed.
- **Cleaning Dining Areas**: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down tables and chairs, and ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- **Adhering to Safety Standards**: Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Assisting in Other Areas**: Be flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the restaurant as needed, including during busy periods or special events.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
