- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Suggest innovative approaches to improve client outcomes.

- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and refine campaign strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
