2. Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end tender process, including analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather required information, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions.
3. Bid Strategy Development: Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with the executive team, project managers, and other stakeholders. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key selling points and differentiate our bids.
4. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maximize project profitability and minimize risks.
6. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships.
7. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each tender and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and uncertainties.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including project management, engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the tendering and bidding process.
9. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all tender submissions and contracts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [10] years of experience in tendering and bidding for civil construction projects, with a proven track record of successfully securing contracts.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and develop competitive bid proposals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, CIOB) preferred.
- Team leading for biding and estimation engineers.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
