**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Development**:Contribute to the preparation and presentation of design proposals.

**Technical Proficiency**:Utilize advanced software tools for drafting, 3D and 2D modeling, and rendering. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.

**Coordination and Communication**:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and team members.

**Code Compliance**:Stay updated on local building codes and regulations.
Ensure designs adhere to all relevant standards and guidelines.

**Site Analysis**:Assist in conducting site visits and analysis for potential projects.
Contribute insights into site-specific challenges and opportunities.

**Quality Control**:Participate in design reviews to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. Contribute to the identification and resolution of design issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architectural design is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
