**Job Summary**:
As an Office Boy you will be responsible for various tasks related to office upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a tidy and efficient office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Cleaning**: Ensure that all office areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
- **Pantry and Supplies**: Manage the pantry area by restocking supplies, such as coffee, tea, and snacks. Ensure that kitchen appliances are clean and functional.
- **Mail and Courier Handling**: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- **Office Organization**: Arrange office furniture and equipment to maintain a neat and organized workspace. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and presentations.
- **Basic Administrative Support**: Assist in photocopying, scanning, and other basic administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
- **Errands**: Run errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and making minor purchases as needed.
- **Visitor Assistance**: Greet and assist visitors and guests, guiding them to the appropriate areas within the office.
- **Reporting**: Notify the Office Manager of any maintenance or repair needs within the office.
- **Security**: Assist in maintaining office security by monitoring access, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring the office premises are secure during non-working hours.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to office cleanliness and maintenance.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as necessary.
- A positive Attitude
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
