**Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:Design and deliver compelling, user-centric interfaces and experiences for IIX's digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user journey.**

**Data Design**:Leverage data design skills to translate complex information into visually engaging and easily understandable graphics, charts, and interactive visualizations.**

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business objectives.**

**User Research**:Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, incorporating findings into the design process to enhance usability and user satisfaction.**

**Prototyping**:Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring the final product meets user needs and expectations.**

**Brand Consistency**:Maintain and contribute to the consistency of IIX's brand identity across all digital platforms.**

**Requirements - UI/UX Capabilities**:

- **Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.**:

- **Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.**:

- **Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.**:

- **Knowledge of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices.**:

- **Familiarity with the latest trends in UI/UX design and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies.**:

- **Proficient in storyboarding to communicate design concepts effectively.**

**HTML/CSS Skills**:

- **Proficiency in HTML and CSS for implementing designs and collaborating effectively with development teams.**:

- **Knowledge of web development best practices and browser compatibility.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.**:
