**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of concrete materials to assess strength, durability, and workability.
- Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various construction projects, considering factors such as climate, project specifications, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and inspect concrete production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to concrete quality, proposing effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in concrete technology, and implement relevant improvements in our processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
