Tele Sales Executive

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

JOB BRIEF & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and identify their needs and requirements.

Build rapport with customers over the phone and convince them to purchase products or services.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Handle objections and resolve customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional sales training is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or related field.

BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Bengali & Hindi.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
