Your role will involve creating content for our advertising efforts, events, organic content, and all other marketing department needs.

English and French copywriting is a **MUST**.

Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Content Creation**

❖ Produce high-quality bilingual (English and French) texts for our social networks, newsletters, promotions, events and online advertising, from organic content to promotional and advertising campaigns.

❖ Translate and adapt existing French and English texts, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.

❖ Maintain consistency in all created content regardless of platform

**2. Quality Assurance**

❖ Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

❖ Provide feedback to other team members on content quality and improvement areas.

**3. Content Management**

❖ Upload and format content on the company's content management system (CMS) for publication.

❖ Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement.

**4. Team Collaboration**

❖ Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective messages that fit the project and the communication channels involved.

❖ Work closely with the Marketing Manager on revisions to ensure optimal quality.

❖ Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing messaging for our audience.

❖ Help launch projects and reduce edits for designers by providing correct content at the start of each task

**Required Skills and Competencies**:
❖ Excellent copywriting skills (English and French) to create compelling messages tailored to each platform and/or campaign.

❖ Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in creating marketing copy and advertising concepts.

❖ Agency experience or translation work experience a major plus

❖ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

❖ Knowledge of content management tools (CMS) and social media.

❖ Relevant degree in communications, marketing or similar field.
