**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire enrollment process, including collecting and verifying student information, registering students for courses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle inquiries related to course details, fees, schedules, and other administrative matters.
- Coordinate class schedules, including managing faculty availability, room bookings, and student preferences.
- Ensure classes run on time and are appropriately staffed with instructors.
- Provide information about available courses, upcoming sessions, fees, and promotional offers.
- Assist in fee collection, ensuring that payments are recorded accurately and receipts are issued.
- Maintain and update financial records for students, including fee payments, discounts, and outstanding dues.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience in the education sector, particularly in coaching classes or schools, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Additional certification in office administration, customer service, or education management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Experience with student management systems or similar software is desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deal with parents, students, and staff professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
