Designation: Resource Center Executive Documentation/ Analyst

Role and Responsibilities
- The primary task of a documentation executive is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors **He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then**:

- To accept direction / re sponsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key

Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisors
- To be open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues
- Consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to

- Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as
