**Job Overview**:
We're seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in R and data analysis to play a key role in transitioning our extensive dataset to RStudio. This remote position offers a unique blend of data science tasks and the opportunity to provide R training. The role is crucial for scaling our project's analysis capabilities and ensuring its success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in data migration to RStudio and support advanced statistical analysis and dynamic visualization development.
- Offer R language and RStudio training to the project lead, aiming to build foundational skills for independent project management.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, including virtual meetings, data collection timelines, and presentation deadlines.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the project's progress, potentially including social media management, event planning, and digital marketing efforts.

**Job Details**:

- This is a contract position with an expectation of 30 hours total over the course of a month, with the potential for extension.
- The role will be executed through a mix of in-person (if feasible) and remote work, utilizing digital communication tools for collaboration.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in R programming and experience with RStudio.
