**Key Responsibilities**:
▪ Manage and optimize Ameyo Calling System Setup, for smooth calling.
▪ Troubleshoot Ameyo issues and ensure smooth operation of the calling system.
▪ Administer Postgres database, along with queries, maintenance, backup, etc.,
▪ Perform database maintenance tasks such as backup and recovery.
▪ Configure and maintain Ameyo servers for VoIP communication.
Configure SIP/PRI protocols for telephony communication.
▪ Troubleshoot SIP/PRI connectivity issues, voice issues, DNC, True-Caller Spam Protection, Outbound numbers rotation, etc.,
▪ Configure IP software and hardware phones for VoIP communication.
▪ Manage leads and campaigns on Dialer servers for outbound communication.
▪ Monitor Asterisk servers using Zabbix and Nagios for performance and availability. ▪ Understand and work with Cloud Telephony Systems.
▪ Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues and optimize performance.
▪ Consult with ISP vendors for SIP/PRI orders and resolve link down issues.
▪ Manage Virtual Local Area Networks (VLA), High Availability (HA) failover, Call, App, and DB servers.
▪ Understand CRM functionalities and integrate them with Dialers.
▪ Possess a foundational understanding of Networking concepts.
▪ Experience with Ameyo dialers and support coordination and closure.
▪ Avoiding the Ameyo down time during the calling hours.
**Key Skills**:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
▪ Proven experience as a Ameyo Administrator or similar role.
▪ Strong proficiency in Ameyo, Linux operating systems, including command-line administration, maintenance.
▪ Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues.
▪ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl, SQL, CLI
▪ Familiarity with security principles and best practices.
▪ Effective communication and people skills.
▪ Able to manage - VLA, HA failover, Call / App / DB servers.
▪ Familiar with CRM functionalities & integration with Dialers.
▪ Basic understanding of Networking concepts.
▪ Good to have experience with Ameyo dialers.
