Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, research, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of Alkemy EdTech's product offerings and their value proposition.
- Effectively articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct engaging and persuasive virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Customize presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to strategize and maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Closing Deals:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the education technology landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
