**Job Description**:
? Understand the customer requirements including business workflow, and functional
and technical specifications.
? Recommend solutions and features based on requirements for the client's markets
and guide them on budget suitability.
? Organise and analyse requirements in detail. Prepare screen wireframes, user flow
and user stories.
? After understanding the detail requirements assign that task to the development team
and prepare estimates for the development and delivery time.
? Testing the functionality of the software.
? Responsible for bug-free delivery
? Inspiring Team members to innovate and be on-time delivery.

Required Experience, skills and qualifications
? 1-2 years of experience as a Business analyst/ Team Lead / Process Associate
? Good Written and verbal English communication skills.
? Knowledge of requirements analysis, impact analysis, and user interface design
techniques.
? Proven Track records as a business analyst dealing with all aspects of success in the
? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and willingness to assist the
cross-functional team throughout project development.
? Must have knowledge of Mobile app and web development.

Location: Kolkata(Bangur Avenue)
