Lighting Artist

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Set up lighting rigs: The primary responsibility of a lighting artist is to set up the lighting rigs that will be used in a scene or animation. This may involve creating point, directional, and spot lights, as well as setting their intensity, color, and position.
- Collaborate with other artists: A lighting artist works closely with other artists, such as 3D modeling artists, texture artists, and compositors, to ensure that the lighting is consistent with the overall look and feel of the production.
- Test and refine lighting: Lighting artists must test and refine the lighting to ensure that it works correctly and enhances the overall mood and atmosphere of the production.
- Optimize rendering: Lighting artists must optimize the lighting to reduce rendering times while still achieving the desired look and feel of the production.
- Problem-solving: Lighting artists must be able to troubleshoot problems that arise during the lighting process, such as issues with shadows or light bleeding.
- Time management: A lighting artist must be able to work efficiently and manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Documentation: Lighting artists must document their lighting setups, including the position and settings of each light, to ensure consistency throughout the production.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Graduation in relevant field.
- Min 1 Year Experience in lighting.
- Sound 3D Knowledge.
- Ability to come up with new ideas.
- Detailed knowledge of 3D software.
