We're seeking an exceptional Recruiter based in India to join our Talent Acquisition team. With a portfolio of innovative products and a continuously evolving approach to building successful teams, there's an exciting narrative to share about joining our company today Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of recruitment.

Ensure effective and consistent administration of Recruiting processes and world class hiring of global employees.

- ** Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.

**Competencies**:
Solid understanding of Recruitment processes with specific experience in, but not limited to sourcing, stakeholder relations, negotiation, compliance and ATS administration. Demonstrable competence in handling various Recruiting tasks independently.

**Education, Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- The ability to adopt a consultative approach with our hiring manager community and craft win/win outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- The ability to work optimally in high pressure situations and come up with a creative ways of hitting your targets
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (e.g. Ashby)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- An interest in how branding can help directly influence your recruiting pipelines
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
