**Position description**:
To lead the BDO & SO ,The leader is accountable for achieving the sales and profitability goals of the assigned regions. This role provides direction and leadership to the field staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the urban market that ensures alignment to company sales goals and profitability
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Ensures business growths through SO/BDO visiting all the stores
- Driving primary and secondary target in sales and distribution related plans and activities and to guide frontliners so as to ensure target achievement for the assigned territory
- Focus on extraction to measure the business from the effected expansion, ensure the desired throughput from the Field Force
- Route to market should be tweaked as appointing financially sound and dedicated stockists across all levels.
- Responsible for micro level planning & executing TLSD, bills cut parameters, Retail Brands distribution/New Product Distribution
- Responsible for New Outlet Expansion / Productivity / TLSD & overall ECO through data acquired through apps
- Ensuring stock rotation to keep stocks fresh
- Strategy formulation for increasing sales & visibility in retail chain
- To be responsible on cheque bouncing and coordinate with the commercial team to ensure collection of payments on time
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them within stipulated timeframe.
- Strengthening the BDO layer by critically reviewing them using 'Numbers Speak'. Measure BIG thinkers and Challenging Guys who under take audacious targets in each sales layer
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Develop requisite skills and guiding poor performers
- To make a strong & robust attitude driven team at every level & identify challengers who drive bigger agendas in the market place with more confidence and conviction
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
