We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with BAs and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as needed.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills when meeting with stakeholders, clients and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
