IT Intern

Job Title: Information Technology Intern

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies
- Conduct research to identify new and innovative technology solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology improvements
- Maintain documentation on IT processes and procedures
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and Service Management principles
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols

Working Conditions:
The Information Technology Intern will work in an office environment and will be required to sit for extended periods. The Intern may also be required to work physically in the office. The Intern may need to work outside regular business hours to support system maintenance and upgrades.
