**Position Overview**:
Front Office Guest Servicing Associates play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service at our 5-star hotel and convention center. Serving as the first point of contact for guests, Front Office Associates are responsible for providing a warm welcome, facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, and anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs with attentiveness and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception and Check-In**:

- Extend a warm and gracious welcome to arriving guests, embodying the essence of hospitality and creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently process guest arrivals, conducting check-in procedures, verifying guest information, and assigning rooms according to preferences and availability.
- Anticipate and accommodate special requests, preferences, and VIP arrangements to ensure personalized and memorable experiences for guests.
- **Concierge Services**:

- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and assistance with regards to local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment.
- Facilitate reservations and bookings for dining, tours, spa services, and other guest activities, coordinating with relevant departments and external partners as needed.
- Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers and car rentals, to enhance the convenience and comfort of guests during their stay.
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Maintain a well-organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies, equipment, and materials are readily available for guest service operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and timely solutions to meet guest expectations.
- Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing, settlement of accounts, and soliciting feedback to enhance future guest experiences.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, reservations, and guest services, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Relay important guest information, feedback, and requests to relevant departments and team members to facilitate effective guest service delivery.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
- **Problem Resolution and Guest Relations**:

- Address guest concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy, professionalism, and discretion, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests and the reputation of the hotel.
- Empower team members to handle guest issues autonomously when appropriate, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs, exceed their expectations, and cultivate lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role within the luxury hospitality industry highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in guest transactions and documentation.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
