Tour Executive

Job Description:
As a Tour Executive, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage customized itineraries for clients based on their preferences for both international and domestic tours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a seamless and memorable travel experience by meticulously planning their trips and catering to their specific requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Consultation: Engage in detailed discussions with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, duration, and any specific requirements for their tour.
Itinerary Planning: Utilize your knowledge of various destinations, attractions, transportation options, and accommodation to design personalized itineraries that meet clients' needs and preferences.
Research and Coordination: Conduct thorough research on travel destinations, local attractions, activities, and services to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other relevant vendors to ensure smooth execution of the itinerary.
Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates for the proposed itineraries, considering transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, and other expenses. Help clients make informed decisions by providing budgetary guidelines.
Documentation and Reservation: Assist clients with necessary travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance. Make reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other activities as per the finalized itinerary.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry, particularly in itinerary planning and customer service, is highly desirable.
Destination Knowledge: A strong understanding of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and local customs for both international and domestic travel.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial for creating accurate and error-free itineraries.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
