Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering guidance, and support, and answering their queries.
- Assist franchisees in understanding and implementing the franchisor's business strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to the established brand standards, operating procedures, and quality control guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to assess compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new franchisees to ensure they are knowledgeable about the franchise system and business operations.
- Provide ongoing training and resources to improve franchisee performance.
- Maintain open and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor's corporate office.
- Relay important information, updates, and changes in policies or procedures to franchisees.
- Assist franchisees with local marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote their locations and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and distribute marketing materials and strategies.
- Monitor and review financial performance and reports from franchisees.
- Guide budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Address and resolve disputes, conflicts, and operational issues between franchisees and franchisors.
- Offer solutions to overcome challenges and improve the performance of franchise locations.
- Collaborate with franchise development teams to identify potential new franchisees and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to franchise operations and compliance.
- Generate regular reports on franchisee performance and compliance.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
