Field Sales Executive for Mobile Accessories

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at [Salesman hub] for selling of Mobile Accessories and FMCG Product. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our mobile accessories and electronics department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new technologies and products in the mobile accessories and electronics space.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Passion for technology and understanding of mobile accessories and electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
