**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote holistic growth and development in young children, incorporating play-based learning, hands-on activities, and exploration.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration, ensuring that materials and resources are accessible and age-appropriate.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of young learners, providing both group and individualized instruction as needed to support each child's development.
- **Social and Emotional Development**: Foster the social and emotional development of children by promoting positive peer interactions, conflict resolution skills, empathy, and self-regulation strategies.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress, achievements, and areas for growth, and collaborating with families to support children's learning and development.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess children's development and learning through observation, anecdotal records, and informal assessments, using assessment data to inform instructional planning and provide individualized support as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community focused on the well-being and success of every child.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting preferred.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education, including play-based learning and emergent curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Creativity, patience, and a nurturing demeanor to effectively engage and support young learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development in the field of early childhood education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
