To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum.
- To create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered.
- Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes based on past classroom experiences.
- To be able to customize and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.
- Assisting trainees in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Utilizing analytics tools to measure trainees' performance and optimize training methods.
- Supporting the marketing team in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Providing one-on-one career counselling and guidance to trainees.
- Contributing to the development of new training programs and courses.
- Collaborating with external partners and industry experts to enhance training offerings.
- **Required qualifications**:

- Any Bachelors degree
- Proven work experience in digital marketing and training/coaching roles.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Academy.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Graphics and Video editing tools like Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding individuals in their career development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in counseling or career guidance is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs and industry changes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,549.82 - ₹15,000.00 per month
