**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports curriculum that caters to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students.
- Plan and conduct engaging sports classes that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and inter-school tournaments.
- Identify and nurture talent among students by providing personalized coaching and guidance.
- Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate sports activities with the overall academic curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the sports program, ensuring equal opportunities for all students to participate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sports Teacher or Coach in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and athletic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
