**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordination and support for the sales staff.
- Assist the Sales staff in onboarding Channel Partners using backend software.
- Responding to Channel Partner and Investor concerns and providing after-sales assistance.
- Collaborating with business departments.
- Good communication abilities and basic MS Excel & Google sheet knowledge (Vlookup & Pivot)

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support of investment products (_Added advantage if worked with startups in Alternate Investment Platform_)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, and investment products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
