We are looking for talented and driven Media Buyers to join our team and help us continue to push the boundaries of media advertising.

As a media buyer at Urban Media Company, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across various media channels. Your goal will be to reach the highest number of target audience members at the lowest cost. You will work closely with our account managers, creative teams, and clients to develop effective media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and the best media platforms to reach them.
- **Media Planning**: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client goals and budgets.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and optimal ad placements.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the implementation and management of media campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure media plans align with overall campaign strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in media buying or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in media buying software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of current media trends and best practices.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
